Mon studio se situe en mitoyenneté avec ma maison . Tout est neuf et j'ai mis un point d'honneur à en faire un lieu chaleureux pour une halte agréable. ( petit coin cuisine et belle salle de bain) . Le couchage grâce à un BZ avec un matelas Simmons permet de dormir confortablement .Le studio est au Nord donc bien tempéré (avec ventilateur) Emplacement de parking sur place (portail fermé et sécurisé ). L'environnement est calme à 2 km de la sortie nord de Villefranche et à 1km du centre ville .

Idéalement située dans le Bourg de Gleizé, à 5min à pied du départ du semi marathon du Beaujolais, le logement proposé peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Rénové avec soin, c'est 43m2 avec une chambre principale et un salon, une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, et wc indépendant. A 15min à pied du centre de Villefranche-sur-Saône, vous serez au calme avec vue sur les vignes, et à 20min à pied de la gare pour allez visiter Lyon pendant la fête des lumières.
