some friends and I had a concert in Philly and we didn't want an Airbnb in the craziness of the city. This place is PERFECT if that's what's you're looking for super private location outside the big city. The place was super clean and cozy very well taken care of too I'll definitely be keeping it in mind if I do any philly adventures in the future!

A very safe, quiet and clean guest suite. If you are ever in the area of Newark Delaware, I will recommend you reserve this place for a small visit. There’s a refrigerator in there. There’s a nice stove and the bathroom and the standup shower is immaculate. Easy instructions to to unlock and lock the door. I really appreciated the way the host treated me at their place. I was visiting one of my brothers that I served with in the Navy and I told him every time I come I will reserve this place if it’s available.

Andrea’s Parent Pad lived up to its description. It is a lovely space, well decorated and comfortable. Our host was unobtrusive, friendly and helpful. Her dog Rex was friendly and playful. We could not have envisioned a nicer place to stay.

Very comfortable accommodations for the three of us. Fully functional kitchen, with good seating areas for guest relaxation or activities. Close to University of Delaware. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Home was well suited for our needs and would stay there again.
