Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Developed as a loft with the finest materials (Valser granite, Schloss parquet, lots of reclaimed wood, freestanding bathtub, iron fireplace open on two sides, designer fittings). The apartment is located in a Villa constructed in 1902. It was completely renovated in 2012 and refurnished with loving attention to details. The apartment is ideal for small groups and families as well as for individuals. In total, there are four rooms which provide space for six people (two double-beds and one double sleeping-sofa). Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Our house is located in a small mountain village in the middle of the Glarus mountains near Elm. The apartment is right in the host's house. Part of the garden belongs to the apartment. A gas grill is available for our guests for exclusive use. Free parking by the house. We care about the well-being of our guests. Throughout the year, there are many different activities in this region. There's something for everyone.
