Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

A cozy tiny house on 36 m² in the mountains. The well thought-out layout offers a lot of comfort in a small space. Far from ordinary. The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction. The apartment is located in a Villa constructed in 1902. It was completely renovated in 2012 and refurnished with loving attention to details. The apartment is ideal for small groups and families as well as for individuals. In total, there are four rooms which provide space for six people (two double-beds and one double sleeping-sofa). Sleeping in the house in the greenhouse, great view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

Quiet and exclusive, slightly elevated and parallel to the village road. Restaurants, shopping, cinema, public bath, everything within walking distance. The outdoor pool is heated from May to September and can be used depending on the weather.
