The cabin is completely for itself with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without shower, but the bathing stairs and the lovely water makes it worth it. There is also a gas grill. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to the local store.

Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Great newly renovated annex located in Gjeving close to Lyngørporten, all amenities, large garden and nice outdoor areas. Gjeving has both restaurants, marina, hotel and shop. Short distance to both Risør and Tvedestrand, as well as a regular boat over to Lyngør. The house is quietly located at the intersection over to Risøya There are good parking facilities on the property and there is a charging box for electric car. Here you can enjoy your holiday on the seafront with everything you could want for a good and memorable southern holiday

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. The apartment is located above a garage at the back of a residential house. It is less than a 5 minute walk down to a great beach and jetty. Hiking opportunities, restaurants, shops and activity offerings are within short distance. Størdal farm is a short walk away. Here you can enjoy locally sourced food in a rural atmosphere. Regular taxi boats go out to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich offer of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

Holiday coziness at the sea shore Båtbu1960

Lovely summer place on the water's edge - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo. and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boat cabin was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could stay overnight. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat warehouse in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun every hour of the day!

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. Cozy cottage in Risør

Relax at the cabin in Søndeled, Risør. Here you can go for a walk by the water, the lake or the forest. The cabin is located on Øysang, where there is a holiday center with restaurant and tennis court. A few minutes walk to the Jetty in Hødnebøkilen. Here it is possible to rent a boat. Otherwise, Øisangferga goes over to Risør city center (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and short drive to the rocks at Stangnes and Porter.

Great newer cottage (finished 2022) at Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views over the sea. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin area approximately 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city centre. There is a car road all the way up to the cabin and parking area 4 cars on the plot. Good hiking areas in nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
