Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural setting. There is a large double bed and a bunk bed. Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. In the summer, you can visit some of Gjerstad's fine swimming areas such as Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. There is also a short way for those who like cross-country skiing and at Gautefall you can ski downhill. Hunting grounds can be rented through Statskog

Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Sunny and nice patio. Only 1 1/2 h from Dyreparken in Kristiansand. About 1 hour from Kragerø, Risør and Fyresdal. Felle is a great area with fishing, biking, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains the living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. Welcome to the Gåsvannshytta, a hidden gem only 30 min from Kragerø. The cabin is peacefully on a toll road, so you can be by yourself. Bring drinking water (20l drinking water is at the cabin), Refrigerator, freezer and stove on gas. Lighting and charging options through 12v photovoltaic systems. Fireplace with free wood. Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. Please bring your own bedding.

A respite in Risør Municipality

Recharge at idyllic Hjartinn. Sofa bed can be turned out for two. Access to patios garden. BBQ, water boiler, Nespresso machine and mini fridge. Outhouse with washbasin (ventilated snurredo). Swimming can be done in a nearby pond (a few minutes walk, 2 min bike) or at Søndeledtunet. Badebrygge. Kiwi (supermarket) and Chinese restaurant with outdoor seating can be found and at Tunet. Ellie the dog lives in the house and I therefore do not accept other animals unfortunately.

Charming brewery house from late 19th century in beautiful farm surroundings. Here you have a short distance to good swimming spots, fishing spots, hiking areas, cafe and convenience store. Bring your breakfast out in the morning sun or enjoy the BBQ in the outdoor living room with evening sun! The firehouse has a double bed and bunk bed. There is an option to add an extra crib if desired. 10-15 minutes walk from Neslandsvatn station. 2 minutes drive.

Boat arch, right on the waterfront. Kayaks June-September

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Small cabin on island

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
