On the first floor, a very large living room with kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking a courtyard where you can eat, have a BBQ, enjoy the jacuzzi or a deck chair. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a laundry room and a toilet. The accommodation is my personal accommodation.

This apartment will offer you all the comfort and amenities you'll need for an enjoyable stay. It is located in a small village of Minervois between land and sea. You will enjoy the calm and serenity of the place. This village house, a former winegrowers' house, has just been completely renovated and decorated in an industrial loft style, while keeping the privacy and charm of the old. (Please note: the apartment is located on the second floor with stairs).

Gite for two at the gates of Corbières located between the sea and Cathar castles. Air-conditioned accommodation, not overlooked among the vines for a stay as a duo in a peaceful and comfortable setting.
