Well-equipped and fresh cottage on shared lake plot with sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Bed loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed with sleeping space for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

The property is located on our property with access to its own balcony in a sunny location. The cabin has full ceiling height with sleeping loft , sauna and wood-burning fireplace . And air heat pump Busstation is 300 meters from the accommodation, distance to the city center and port about 500 meters.

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Relax in this rural and peaceful home. Here you live next to the horse garden in a separate cabin. The property has a bedroom and a sofa bed. Here you can enjoy the rural atmosphere, watch the animals or take a walk in the furthest with the fields! On the grounds, there is the possibility to book for horse riding on Icelandic horses as well as/or hot tub and sauna subject to availability (these services are not included in the price of the property and are paid on site).

Charmig stuga/ Cottage with lake view

Vår charmiga gäststuga ligger i ett naturskönt område med skogar och sjöar direkt inpå knuten. Fina vandringsmöjligheter direkt utanför dörren. Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
