Close to hiking trails and cross-country trails. In winter, you can get to and from the ski system via the marked ski trail. For those interested in fishing, it is close to lakes and streams. Vid rätt förhållande finns det även spår precis bakom huset. Sommartid finns underbar vandring, vattenfall, sjöar, fiske, bad och bastu i Rätan. Eller prova motionsspåret precis bakom huset. Huset har en fullutrustad kök och mysig vardagsrum för avkopplande häng med familjen eller vänner. Höghastighet bredband finns.
