Quiet but central location in Gilching (25 minutes by car to Munich City or to the Upper Bavarian Lakes (Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammersee, Lake Wörthsee). Munich city can be reached in 30 minutes by S-Bahn (line S8). Shops for daily needs are all within walking distance (5 minutes).

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
