Siamo arrivati in questa casa dopo un'esperienza davvero negativa con una prenotazione precedente, e Cosimo ci ha accolti con una gentilezza e una disponibilità rare. Ha capito subito la situazione di difficoltà in cui ci trovavamo e si è mostrato estremamente comprensivo, accogliendoci praticamente all’ultimo momento. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile fin da subito, e l'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e conforme alla descrizione. Un ragazzo davvero disponibile, educato e attento. Siamo molto grati per l’accoglienza ricevuta!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vor allem die Terrasse mit dem Grill sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist außerdem ein Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Franca war außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :)

wir hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu wohnen, und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist groß, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Platz, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Besonders beeindruckend ist der großzügige Balkon mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer – einfach perfekt, um zu entspannen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Auch die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und stets schnell erreichbar, falls es Fragen oder Anliegen gab. Ein rundum tolles Erlebnis – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! wir sind einfach begeistert von der Wohnung

Good value for the location. Very close to the beach. Several public beaches 5-6 minute walk. A close walk to restaurants and shops (5-10 minutes) Kitchen was fully stocked of pans / dishes. Host was helpful with check in, local places to go and restaurants.

Sehr große und saubere Wohnung in super Lage direkt am Meer mit Blick auf die Festung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Parkplatzsuche. Vielen Dank!!

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque per dieci giorni nella casa di Cinzia e abbiamo trovato l'alloggio confortevole e ben distribuito. La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato è il massimo. L'alloggio, di recente ristrutturato, era pulitissimo e con tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria sia per la cucina che per il resto. La zona esterna con un arredamento completo e curato, permette di godersi pranzi, cene e relax nel giardino perfettamente ombreggiato. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia a mezz'ora di cammino dal paese è il luogo ideale per chi ama la tranquillità. Cinzia ha risposto immediatamente alle nostre richieste con cura e gentilezza. Che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Da consigliare veramente.

Teresa è una perfetta padrona di casa, fornisce immediatamente tutte le informazioni necessarie per potersi destreggiare nel paese, servizi, ristornanti spiaggie!!! È sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. La location è stupenda, vicina al centro con una vista mare mozzafiato. Grazie di tutto Teresa!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

La villa, ampia, pulita e luminosissima accede direttamente alla laguna facendoti immergere in un luogo incantato. La casa é fornita di ogni servizio e l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Marta sono state impeccabili.

La villa di Lisa corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto pubblicate. È una casa di famiglia ben arredata ed equipaggiata di tutto, bagni nuovi e aria condizionata in 2 stanze da letto, comunque esposta ad ovest e ben ventilata Ampi spazi di soggiorno sia all’interno che sulla terrazza da cui si gode la vista delle isole e splendidi tramonti Il consorzio è curato e offre una bella piscina attrezzata sul mare Tutto perfetto, ci siamo sentite a casa

Host molto disponibile in tutto. L’alloggio di Milena era comodo pulito e confortevole. Posizione ottima per visitare Porto Santo Stefano anche a piedi lasciando la macchina nel comodo parcheggio a disposizione. Consigliato

Nous avons été accueillis par Cinzia et une autre personne parlant bien anglais pour les explications. Le logement était parfaitement propre et rangé. Un style un peu rétro et authentique mais avec tout ce qu’il faut. Il est situé au fond d’une petite allée derrière d’autres logements. Il est à 10 minutes à pieds de la première plage et 2 minutes du petit supermarché. La climatisation est un vrai plus étant donné les températures de l’été. Cinzia est une hôte accueillante et réactive.

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Davide was very responsive and spent ages texting us, trying to help us get a bus or taxi from the station to the apartment, then sending us a walking route by the lagoon, when we had to walk. He also let us check out late, which was very helpful. Lovely big, light, clean apartment, 5 min walk from the old town. Enjoyed walking across the bridge to Monte Argentario, Feniglia beach and Porto Ercole, then getting a bus back to our apartment. Pretty old town with nice cafes and restaurants. We were alarmed at the swarms of midges by the lagoon on the first evening, but it wasn't a problem during the daytime or in the town.

Casa in posizione magnifica. 20 passi e sei con i piedi sulla spiaggia. Posto auto riservato e spazio all’esterno. Casa seminterrata con muri contro terra un po’ umida a causa delle recenti piogge ma sono stati forniti deumidificatore e riscaldamento per rimediare. La casa è spaziosa, comoda, ben arredata e fornita di tutto il necessario. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. Consiglio vivamente.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Notre séjour chez Chiara s'est merveilleusement bien passé ! Nous avons été accueillis par son compagnon Giacomo très gentil avec plein de bons conseils pour visiter le coin ! Propreté impeccable , literie confortable, résidence calme et bien insonorisée, cuisine très bien équipée, place de parking privée au sous sol...super ! La vue est incroyable avec une cuisine-terrasse très agréable ! Emplacement parfait pour visiter le superbe parc de la Maremma, Castiglione, le jardin des Tarots et aller sur l'île de Giglio. Beaucoup de belles choses à découvrir dans un appartement hyper confortable. Merci beaucoup !

Wir waren 12 Tage im App. "Olivenbaumhaus" ! Wegen technischer Probleme im Tangerine Tree House hat uns Lyza das im gleichen Haus befindliche größere App. zum gleichen Preis überlassen. Das Olivenbaumhaus ist hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lyza hat uns mit vielen Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) und Empfehlungen sehr gut geholfen. Schöne große Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen und die Atmosphäre genossen. Nur die vielen Mücken stören! Sehr gute Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß schnell und einfach in die Altstadt und zum Strand. Parken war sehr gut und einfach möglich. Man kann von hier schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Du für einen längeren Aufenthalt brauchst. Küche und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung (Fenster & Türen) ist mit gutem Moskitoschutz ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum/Küche sind sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Bardzo dobra opcja dla wiekszej grupy osob. Kazdy znajdzie kąt dla siebie czy atrakcje. Piekne widoki z tarasu. Kuchnia wyposazona we wszystkie sprzęty. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, w poblizu restauracje, sklepy, lodziarnie i terenu spacerowe. W wysokim sezonie moze byc problem z zaparkowaniem tuz pod posesja.
