The house is in a great location, very quiet but also very close to the centre of Porto Santo Stefano, impeccable cleanliness. Fabiana and her husband Mauro were perfect, responsive in responding to our requests without ever making us miss anything (with a very kind and caring attitude). I would like to emphasise the effort they put into making us feel at home and accommodating any kind of request, definitely super recommended for anyone who wants to spend a holiday in Porto Santo Stefano

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

my partner and I stayed 3 nights and we wish we stayed longer! The place was very clean and our hosts were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and their lovely pets in the morning. The countryside around the house is also stunning. I highly recommend if you looking for something serene and cozy. you're 10mins away from a town to do groceries and pick up local amazing fried fish.

Ginevra is a very careful host, always looking to take care of you whatever happens, you will feel very supported !

We had a great stay. The kitchen is very small and spartan. The communication was very good, the yard and the pool were wonderful!

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . The garden and sorroundings are so nice and pretty. The appartment is well equipt. Alessandro is a very good host. Orbetello is such a perfect place to run, walk or go to the beach. The small city has restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to travel by car to Pisa, Firenze and Rome. 1hr30 to Rome and 2hr to Firenze. 6hr to Venice (via Firenze). I would love to come back. I stayed for 1 month to work and train for the Marathon in Venice (42K).

Beautiful place if you are looking for a place to relax away from the chaos. The apartments are well maintained and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, the only thing missing is a microwave for those who are used to using one, but it was still equipped with an oven. The pool is also beautiful with a wonderful view, our 7-month-old had his first swim. Breakfast was also very good with all homemade things to eat, even under the porch equipped with table and chairs. Our little dog also had a great time, as the entire property is surrounded by greenery with plenty of space. Finally, everyone was very kind and helpful, also recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Casa del Fico in April 2025. The house is very nice, clean and well cared for, located in the silence of the countryside behind Marina di Pescia Romana, with numerous beds available. In addition to the dining room on the ground floor, there is also one in the basement, both with long tables that allow lunches and dinners even for large guests (there were 9 of us). In the beautiful garden there is a pool and a gazebo with another large table that allows you to eat outdoors, better if under the stars, clearly visible given the poor light pollution of the area (especially for those who live in the city). There are numerous places to visit in the neighborhood: Saturnia, Tarquinia, the archaeological park of Vulci, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, the Maremma, just to name a few, plus of course the sea. The owner is very kind and helpful. We can only recommend Casa del Fico to all those who intend to plan a vacation in these beautiful areas.

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful villa, close to the amenities of the port but very quiet and peaceful. Well-kept, clean and tidy indoor and outdoor spaces and a unique panorama. The hosts are very kind, helpful and accommodating to the needs of guests. I highly recommend staying in this home. I have been to the island of Giglio several times and I will definitely return, again to this accommodation. Another plus: mosquito repellent kits! It is not obvious to find them offered by the owners, it had never happened to me. Well done guys! Thanks again and see you soon!

We loved staying at the flat, it was so close to everything, especially the little cove beach with incredible rocks and views to experience Giglio. Make sure to bring swim shoes as there are lots of sea urchins about- but couldn’t recommend the flat more. And Rosario let us leave luggage and shower the final day- which was very kind.

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

Wonderful location in beautiful Giglio Porto. On the pulse in the small harbor with always pleasant tones of sea, gulls, ships and the quiet hustle and bustle on the street. Very nice view from the cozy little balcony. The contact with Mario was always very binding and straightforward. We hiked and enjoyed the tips for the island - the gastronomy is a treat! We are very much looking forward to next time.

Martina’s place is a little piece of heaven! After visiting some of the touristy cities it was so nice to unwind on this magical farm and enjoy the beautiful land and incredibly fresh produce for breakfast. Martina is a wonderful and welcoming host. We highly recommend staying here!
