The eating area sits four people comfortably and the kitchenette features a refrigerator and microwave. Washer and dryer also included along with free WIFI. Step out onto the woodsy back deck and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Relax with family, friends, or enjoy a solo retreat at this peaceful place to stay in the country. Chestnut House was built in the early 1940s, with Wormy Chestnut wood everywhere! It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This space available to rent is separate and fully functional from the main house where we live. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area.. along with the large outdoors!

The Hobbit House

One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. This home is close to hiking/biking trails (Kendall), white water rafting/access tours (Youghiogheny River) and a short 15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp! Trillium Acres Cottage

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.

Yurt @ Yorkie Acres Farm

Cozy Yurt located on our livestock farm. Mini fridge, microwave and en-suite with adjacent pavilion with fireplace, refrigerator, kitchenette and necessary utensils. Grill. Nectar king bed with sheets provided. Queen sized air mattress, single futon couch. Pillows and quilt provided. Bathhouse with composting toilet and rain water shower April-November.
