Holiday rentals with a patio in Giannella

We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

This is not a popular tourist destination, need to be reached by car and the lake is quiet and open.The room is simple, comfortable and clean.The homeowner was very responsive and solved a few small problems very quickly. Recommended

We fell in love with the place. It’s very close to the beach and to all the things you might need - supermarket, delicious pizzeria and small shops. Amazing hospitality, quick responses and overall everything was as it’s described. Hopefully we will come back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay in Montepulciano. The Airbnb was well located with short walks to various restaurants and shops. The town is very hilly in general, so all walks did include climbing hills. The view off of the balcony was completely unreal!!! We enjoyed watching the sunset one of our nights with snacks and wine. The host was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The option for included parking was also very nice! As a heads up for other travelers, the walk from parking to the Airbnb does include steep uphill climbs. So if you are physically unable to complete that challenge, the hosts’ recommendation of taking a cab to the front door would work best for you.

The apartment is very nice and completely new, convenient location for Punta Ala .

Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. The breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious and fresh, with lots of different options. Nice apartments with comfortable beds. We had a cozy private patio.

Nice studio in a beautiful wine estate, ideally located for visiting Florence. Bedding is good and the renovated bathroom is nice. The only drawback is the location of the studio with direct view on all the pathways of the estate (bedroom window directly on the restaurant terrace).

The apartment was great, clean, well tidy and just as described in the photos.Filippo was attentive all the time, and was very kind. Highly recommended to come back.

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

Wonderful stay in all respects. Great hosts and superb accommodation and location. Serena’s house is a gem. Amazing view, peaceful, comfortable, and we loved hiking and exploring the peninsula.

We sincerely thank the hosts whose helpfulness and warm welcome sent us throughout our stay in Montepulciano. The apartment is in a great location, met our family's needs and wishes nicely. We really felt right at home there. Lucia and Luca are great hosts.

It is a nice place to stay over. We could park in front of the building. A nice walk to town. Clean apartment. All good.

Clean & spacious apartment, well equipped, and in a perfect location! We had a fabulous time! Elisabetta is an excellent host and made us feel really welcome.

Lucia is a very friendly and helpful hostess who is always available. The place is totally beautifully located, walking distance to the sea and yet quiet. However, car is helpful just to explore the great surroundings. Unfortunately, the beds are a little too short for people from 1.90 m. Otherwise, the amenities were simple , functional and clean. We liked it.

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

Quiet place and close to supermarkets, even on foot you can reach any place with a maximum of halfanhour of walking, very nice and well furnished house

Welcome to paradise! If it's after me, then Marta and Andrea have the nicest place I've ever been to (at least since I enjoy the tranquility more than the turbulent life😅)! Not only the ambiance in the apartment, especially the great location made our stay memorable. In the morning by the two dear dogs, greeted by the alpacas at noon and in between we marveled at the rabbit, the turtles and the chickens! Andrea and Marta were also always available and even helped us with a car breakdown without hesitation. Our one-year-old son was just as sad as we were when we had to leave. This will definitely not have been our last visit with them. We felt at home and highly recommend staying with the two! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

We had such a wonderful stay—truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced. The space is beautifully finished, incredibly well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially loved the surprise treats like fresh bread, jam, eggs, and pasta—such a warm and generous gesture. The setting was absolutely magical, with breathtaking views, peaceful birdsong, and ever-changing skies. It was exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for. Thank you again for everything—we only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the enchanting historical town of Montepulciano. The apartment is so central, with many great restaurants and shops. Very clean and very easy check in. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We loved our time in Montepulciano, thank you!

We had an excellent stay at Chiara’s place. During a period with high temperatures the building“s location on an elevation added a nice, cooling brise especially at night. Chiara and her family were super friendly.

A great host, the place is amazing and you will be surely happy as we were. Eleonora is doing a good job. The only thing that was not clear upfront was the additional cash payment and sharing IDs of all guests.
