The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Villa rurale, realizzata in marmo e pietre locali, in terreno terrazzato a sbalzo sul mare con vista aerea sull'Isola del Giglio. Il terreno è arredato e attrezzato e prevede angoli ombrosi per la lettura, piscina, prati con lettini per prendere il sole, terrazze panoramiche, docce esterne, barbecue e tavolo da pranzo esterno.
