Central, about 30 minutes by car to Lucerne and about 50 minutes to the larger cities of Zurich, Basel and Bern. We are in the countryside with beautiful views of the Pilatus chain. Very centrally located. Very nice for walking. Very close to nature. Public transport and shopping are nearby. We are set up for 4 adults. There is a bedroom for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people But a family with children are also welcome. We have a garden with seating and a playground. We also have Bobby cars, tractors, etc.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
