In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The apartment (with electric charging station*) is located in a quiet location near a city. Several popular hiking and cycling trails lead directly from the house through the Allgäu. The approx. 55 sqm apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa bed and TV as well as a balcony to the south side.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Cosy 50 sqm holiday apartment on the first floor in a very quiet location with its own entrance. There is a separate bedroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette, and a small bathroom. This year, a unique covered outdoor loggia was built. It offers a special place to relax in the middle of nature, in any weather. The garden can also be used. In the loggia, you can hear the splashing of the spring and the ringing of the cowbells at the same time.

Attic studio

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

Cosy double room in Westallgäu

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The room has been beautifully renovated and exudes a feel-good atmosphere. In a small antechamber, there is A cosy sitting area. The room has a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. We also offer the option of sharing the Blue Room. There, you will find a fridge, crockery, a coffee machine and a tea-making area. The apartment is located on our farm. Therefore, it could be that you occasionally become acquainted with "Allgäu scents" and tractor noises ;-) Our accommodation offers a double bed (180-200) and a sofa bed (140-200). Ideal for 3-4 people. In about 15 minutes' walk you will find the famous "Eistobel" or by car, for example, Lake Constance, Alpsee Bergwelt, Skywalk are easily accessible.
