In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Der Preis variiert nach Gästeanzahl. Er gilt für die angegebene Gästezahl. Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm je 500m), das historische Stadtzentrum (Nikolaikirche 800m) aber auch die umliegende Natur sind prinzipiell fußläufig erreichbar. Stellplatz, WiFi inklusive. Die Kurtaxe wird nach Buchung berechnet vor Ort erhoben.

Gestratz - At home in nature

Gemütliche 50 qm Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock in sehr ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um ein separates Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Küchenzeile sowie einem kleinen Bad. Seit diesem Jahr wurde eine einzigartige, überdachte Außenloggia errichtet. Sie bietet einen besonderen Platz zum Ausspannen mitten in der Natur, bei jedem Wetter. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. In der Loggia kann man das Plätschern der Quelle und gleichzeitg das Leuten der Kuhglocken hören.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Achtung: Für größere Gruppen ab 8 Personen steht ein weiteres Apartment nebenan (100qm) mit weiterem Schlafzimmer, 2x2m Doppelbett, Küche und Bad zur Verfügung.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

From here you can start a hiking tour in the Allgäu Alps or explore the Allgäu by bike. You can cool off on warm summer days at the nearby Badsee Beuren. In the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower.

The cute old town apartment is centrally located in Isny im Allgäu. Public parking (extra charge) is nearby (e.g. at the city wall). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance and bakeries, clothing stores, bars and a cinema are also very close. Various hiking trails, bike paths and cross-country ski trails start in the village and are well-signposted.
