I stayed here for one night as I had an event in Chennai . The last minute booking went through seamlessly after having a conversation over text with Deva Latha maam about my concerns. I reached the place and Arun, the caretaker, helped me kindly with the checkin . The place is exactly as the photos . The owners were ALWAYS responsive; the communication between us was very very smooth . I had a peaceful , comfortable and easy stay . My flight out of Chennai was booked for 4:30 PM . I understand and respect the check out time of 10 AM, but upon sharing this they let me sit and wait in the other room which was not occupied. I had luggage and I did not want to be out with it for long due to the sunny weather and this gesture of the owners made my exit from the city very peaceful and stress free . I got to meet and talk to Deva Latha maam right before Checkout and she’s one of the loveliest and friendliest person I’ve ever met during my travels . Thank you for hosting me
