Apartment holiday rentals in Germering

Had a great week-long stay at Annika's place in Wessling. Very clean, functional, nicely decorated, and no problem for three adults. As advertised. S-bahn several minutes' walk away (approx. 30 minutes to Muenchen Hauptbahnhof on the S8). Grocery right around the corner. Bakery down the street. Couple nice restaurants as well. Lovely cafe right across the street on the water. Great imbiss/stube nearby on the water. Overall, great location and place to stay. Again, easy trip into the city, yet very peaceful out in the Bavarian countryside. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended. Oh, and don't forget to make that quick trip (20 minutes) down to Kloster Andechs. Wonderful highlight of the trip, among many...

Η όλη εμπειρία ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε μετρό. Η περιοχή έχει πολλά εστιατόρια και σούπερ Μάρκετ σε κοντινή απόσταση. Το κέντρο της πόλης είναι πολύ κοντά με συγκοινωνία. Θα ξαναέμενα με μεγάλη ευχαρίστηση και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Sehr schönes, grosses Apartment. Super ausgestattet und in 15 min zu Fuß zur S-BAHN. Perfekt für einen M.ünchenbesuch, wenn man nicht mittendrin wohnen möchte.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liegt perfekt in 3 Minuten Entfernung zur S-Bahn-Station. Zudem ist ein Edeka im Wohnkomplex vorhanden. Alles super, gerne wieder 🙂

The home is well located in a nice and quiet neigbourhood, walkable to the city center, you have a lot of caffe and bars. The apartment was clean and we had everything we wanted.

Martin was a great host. He replied to all my messages very promptly and the flat was exactly as I would have hoped. I would certainly recommend his apartment to anyone looking to stay in Munich 😊

Die Unterkunft von Maxi ist perfekt, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche und alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Gerade mit Kind eine super Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Maxi ist super unkompliziert. Alles wie beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, l’endroit est calme et paisible. L’hôte est réactive et très sympathique. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoins sur place, même plus ! Le logement est situé à 30 minutes du centre ville en voiture.

Fürs Wochenende war die Wohnung perfekt. Der nächste Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und 30min später ist man im Zentrum vom München.

Wir haben anderthalb Wochen in dieser schönen Dachwohnung gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie ist schön hell, geräumig und super ausgestattet. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke, so kommt man gut zur S-Bahn und in Richtung Innenstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Einliegerwohnung. Sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Karin ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste kümmert! Wir waren mit unseren kleinen Tochter zu Besuch und die Wohnung hat perfekt gepasst. Gerne wieder!

Chris und Katja sind wahrhaftig Superhosts, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir hatten die Freude beide persönlich kennenzulernen. Die Kommunikation und die Beschreibungen waren perfekt, die Ausstattung so, dass wir unser Zuhause nicht vermisst haben. Von uns aus Note 1* Viele Grüße Heike und Thomas

We had a lovely vacation in Munich while staying at Fabian’s house. It is a lovely neighbourhood close to a river and within 15-20 mins walking distance of the old town. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. Fabian was a great host. He was very quick in responding to our questions. In case we come back to Munich in the future, we will stay at Fabian’s apt, subject of course to availability.

Die Unterkunft war schön groß, sauber und die Umgebung war ruhig. Parken konnte man auch problemlos. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind ohne weiteres zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren zu zweit da und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber – man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was super praktisch war. Der Vermieter war außerdem sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa and Amad’s beautiful apartment. They were always very responsive to all our questions. The location of the apartment is really close and walking distance to Central Train Station and major attractions. The apartment was very nice and clean, felt like home away from home. All the required amenities were stocked up. Detailed instructions provided with pictures and having keys colors matching door colors made getting into the apartment super easy. Bed and linens were also very nice. Wi-Fi was also fast and stable. We would absolutely recommend Lisa and Amad’s place and would love to come back.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy cuidado todo y bonita decoración. La zona tranquila, cerca de un supermercado y cafeterías y en coche a pocos minutos de la autovía. El aparcamiento espacioso. La comunicación con el propietario muy buena y rápida. Repetiría. El menaje de la cocina algo escaso.

Franz und Astrid sind sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben alles gut erklärt bekommen (Wohnung, Pool und Sauna). Wir haben viele und gute Tipps für Unternehmung in der Region bekommen. Im Zirbenschlafzimmer konnten man sehr gut schlafen. Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden Hunden, die sich auch sehr wohl fühlten. Der Hof liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die zum entspannen einlädt. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen ❤️👍

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, alles war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Für zwei Erwachsene mit Hund absolut ausreichend. Der Whirli war unser Highlight und schon bei unserer Ankunft aufgeheizt und benutzbar:) Schöne Wanderwege sind direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus zu starten und das wunderschöne Freibad direkt um die Ecke. In den Gasthöfen im Ort haben wir lecker gegessen:) Wir haben uns direkt in die Ortschaft Flintsbach verliebt, alle waren superfreundlich, wie auch der Kontakt per Nachrichten mit unserer Gastgeberin. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!!!!

Christine und Josef sind sehr herzliche und zuverlässige Gastgeber. Sie waren jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Gute Tips und Literatur für Unternehmungen! Unsere 8jährige Tochter durfte die Hasen streicheln und einen Blick in den Stall werfen. Die neuwertige Wohnung war mit liebevollen Details versehen.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

Die Wohnung ist super schöne hell und bietet aus dem 5. Stock einen tollen Ausblick. Die Küche und auch dad Bad waren unerwartet gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Katharina war immer sehr engagiert damit es uns an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen wieder! ;)

This was an ideal spot for our month in Munich. It's in a quiet residential area steps from a peaceful park and just blocks from the UBahn. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was available and our host was welcoming and accessible. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!
