Apartment holiday rentals in Germering

Had a great week-long stay at Annika's place in Wessling. Very clean, functional, nicely decorated, and no problem for three adults. As advertised. S-bahn several minutes' walk away (approx. 30 minutes to Muenchen Hauptbahnhof on the S8). Grocery right around the corner. Bakery down the street. Couple nice restaurants as well. Lovely cafe right across the street on the water. Great imbiss/stube nearby on the water. Overall, great location and place to stay. Again, easy trip into the city, yet very peaceful out in the Bavarian countryside. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended. Very nice, large apartment. Superbly equipped and 15 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn. Perfect for a visit to Munich, if you don't want to live in the middle of it.

The home is well located in a nice and quiet neigbourhood, walkable to the city center, you have a lot of caffe and bars. The apartment was clean and we had everything we wanted.

Martin was a great host. He replied to all my messages very promptly and the flat was exactly as I would have hoped. I would certainly recommend his apartment to anyone looking to stay in Munich 😊

Maxi's accommodation is perfect, comfortable Beds, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean and modern. Especially with a child, a great apartment, we felt very comfortable. Communication with Maxi is super straightforward. Everything as described or shown in the photos. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay went very well, the place is quiet and peaceful. The host is responsive and very friendly. We found everything we needed on site, even more! The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the city centre by car.

For the weekend the apartment was perfect. The nearest train station can be reached in a few minutes and 30 minutes later you are in the center of Munich.

We lived in this beautiful penthouse for a week and a half and felt very comfortable! It is beautifully bright, spacious and superbly equipped. The bus stop is around the corner, so you can easily get to the S-Bahn and towards the city centre. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice and cozy self-contained apartment. Very clean and has everything you need. Karin is a warm hostess who takes very good care of her guests! We were visiting with our little daughter and the apartment fit perfectly. Gladly again!

We had a lovely vacation in Munich while staying at Fabian’s house. It is a lovely neighbourhood close to a river and within 15-20 mins walking distance of the old town. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. Fabian was a great host. He was very quick in responding to our questions. In case we come back to Munich in the future, we will stay at Fabian’s apt, subject of course to availability.

The accommodation was nice and large, clean and the surroundings were quiet. Parking was also possible without any problems. The bakery, supermarket and bus stop are easily accessible on foot. There were two of us there and we can recommend the apartment without reservation!

Good place, nice and quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa and Amad’s beautiful apartment. They were always very responsive to all our questions. The location of the apartment is really close and walking distance to Central Train Station and major attractions. The apartment was very nice and clean, felt like home away from home. All the required amenities were stocked up. Detailed instructions provided with pictures and having keys colors matching door colors made getting into the apartment super easy. Bed and linens were also very nice. Wi-Fi was also fast and stable. We would absolutely recommend Lisa and Amad’s place and would love to come back.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very well cared for and beautifully decorated. The quiet area, close to a supermarket and cafes and a few minutes by car from the highway. Spacious parking. Very good and fast communication with the owner. I would repeat. The kitchenware is somewhat scarce.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The whirlpool was our highlight and was already heated and usable upon our arrival :) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the stable. The as-new apartment was provided with loving details.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

This was an ideal spot for our month in Munich. It's in a quiet residential area steps from a peaceful park and just blocks from the UBahn. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was available and our host was welcoming and accessible. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!
