Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. The village of Mattsies is located approx. 10 minutes from the A96 and thus all relevant destinations such as Augsburg, Munich, Memmingen, Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammer, Lake Constance, etc. can be reached in approx. 60 minutes and less. The apartment is excellently designed for long-term stays. Please read everything under "Your accommodation" and "Other relevant information"! The garden and terrace can also be used. Mattsies is also in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests.

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

Happyshome ist ein außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus in einer alten, liebevoll sanierten Werkstatthalle. Du hast einen private Sauna im ehemaligen Späneturm, einen eigenen Garten und eine warme Außenbadewanne auf der Terrasse, sowie Grill, Feuerschale und im Wohnraum einen Kamin, in dem Du auch kochen kannst. In addition to the bedrooms, the sofa or an air mattress in the living area can be used as a sleeping place. The apartment and garden are perfect for families or to meet with friends.
