Come and enjoy my cosy little house in a quiet street close to the river. Ideal for exploring historical York, visits to the university and cafes on 'Bishy' Rd. Also, very close to the Races! You can enjoy a south facing garden for relaxed morning coffee or cosy nights in front of the wood burner. The house is my home, you are most welcome to come and visit the wonderful city of York, alongside the beautiful countryside of Yorkshire. On street parking available.

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!
