Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Germantown

Jarrod is a great host. Helpful and responsive. His place is in a great location. Walkable to a number of great restaurants and even a very nice grocery store. We had a great time.

The place was great! it is centrally located to restaurants and things to do. our place was on the back of the restaurant below, so the noise was no concern. pretty sure we were above the kitchen as the smell of the cooking and food lingered. it wasn't a issue for us though. the place is old. as mentioned. so therefore you do hear a lot of outside noises as well as any other guests in other rooms as well as above you. the area was clean, no concerns with that. the mattress is a little on the firm side , but that is no worry to me. I enjoyed our stay and appreciate tims recommendations on restaurants.

Cute little apartment that was definitely worth the price! Host was quickly responsive, lots of stairs getting up to the apartment but it probably says it in the listing and I wasn’t paying attention bc it was so cute and a great price! Would recommend if you need to save some money and just want a clean place to stay!

Beautiful well-kept lodging with a cool view of the baseball field. Soft comfortable bed, nice kitchen, and I took full advantage of the balcony to people-watch and enjoy the mild weather we were having. Best of all was the host who makes sure you feel welcomed and well-oriented to the building. Lots of friendly people in the building which made me feel safe and it’s always a pleasure to talk to the people of Memphis! Thank you again for a wonderful time at your place.

It was very easy to explore and enjoy all that Memphis has to offer. We were near the museums and wonderful restaurants. We had the option to enjoy the nightlife on Beale Street and also had a peaceful cup of coffee at one of the local amazing bakeries. David gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I’m very grateful to have found this place.

This place is in Central Gardens, a historic neighborhood in Midtown. We felt like the neighborhood was safe. This home is close to restaurants, and grocery stores, and is easily accessible to local sights such as Sun Records, The Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Mud Island, and various Memphis BBQ restaurants. We found the place to be well-decorated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a plus. There is also a half bath on the first floor. We also appreciated the garage where we could park two cars inside (with a little work). Other pluses were the fenced and private backyard and the responsiveness of Mac and Zach.

Great place for our family to stay as we explored different colleges in Memphis. Loved being able to sit in the backyard on the deck.

This home was perfect. Everything was clean, especially the linen and extra towles, they smelled amazing. Will definitely recommend them hand down.

Had a crowd and everyone was happy with the house and its location. Close to Germantown and Collierville. It was perfect for our visit with family. Close and easy access from 385 and I240. Very happy with this property. John was a great host and responded quickly to all inquiries. Great place.

We stayed at J.R.'s place for a night during a road trip. Stephanie was very proactive in giving clear, detailed instructions on finding the place and getting in. The place was great, clean, quiet, had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here if you're in the Memphis area.

We had such a great time in Memphis! We loved the condo. It was close to everything in Memphis. We went to Beale Street and listened to live music and ate fantastic ribs. Right behind the condo is the Lorraine Hotel and the Civil Rights Museum - so much history all around us! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There are tons of places to eat or get a drink. We highly recommend this condo!

This was my second stay.... And I love it! .... It's like my home away from home! This will be my spot every time I come back to my hometown of Memphis. I LOVE IT... I would like to ask that Andrew add a cherry on top of stay and add a floor length mirror so I could see my fashion ensembles when getting dressed...lol

Pristine, comfortable, with all the modern amenities we could want and then some (bathroom and kitchen well stocked and good appliances, appreciate the ability to make coffee first thing in the AM!). Roomier than expected. And location can't be beat, with plenty downtown within easy walking while also managing to be in a quiet, secure area. The gated parking spot was a big draw but then it turned out we didn't even really need it, plenty of good eats and things to do literally within a block (including the best fried chicken in the universe and one of my favorite bars in town, in a noodle shop of all places), and stuff like the Civil Rights Museum, Orpheum, Peabody, scenic riverwalking, and Beale St all easily walkable too. Would def. stay again. One thing to note, not criticism just heads up for anyone who might be planning to take a bubble bath or soak in tub: technically there's a tub but as far as I could see no way to use a stopper for a bath.

We had a great stay! Really appreciated the gated parking so we didn’t have to worry about leaving items in our car. Check in and out was a breeze and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again

Place was just as shown on pictures and place had all the basics. You are in a perfect area between coffee shops and dinning. The gated parking is gold! The towels and sheets could feel and smell fresher but it is nothing to write negative of. amazing place, I've stayed twice!
