Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Germantown

This was a great base for exploring Memphis on spring break. Everything we needed was nearby. The townhouse feels open and comfortable due to all the high ceilings, lots of windows, and creative layout. Even with four people we had plenty of space for relaxing.

Place is perfect. You can def walk to Beale st. It’s a cute apt downtown. It was clean and felt like home. Tapti was responsive and so nice. We locked our keys in the apt and she was immediately helpful! Def staying everytime I’m back in Memphis! Great for the price.

This is a one of a kind apartment in an perfect location in downtown Memphis. It was a quick walk to Beale Street and had plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate area around the building. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and clean. My group was sad we only were staying for one night, as we wanted to spend more time in the apartment.

I had a great stay. The building is old but the apartment itself is comfortable and clean. There are two portable ACs, a ceiling fan, a tower fan, and a portable space heater. I appreciated the extra virgin olive oil, the Brita filter, and the Starbucks coffee for the coffeemaker. The bathroom has plenty of extra towels and a scale. The bed is soft. The laundry facilities are on the 19th floor and it costs about $4-5 for a load. The laundry machines work well and my clothes dried in a single cycle. Entry to and from the building was easy with a code. I highly recommend this place for 1-2 people, especially if you’re on a budget.

Stephanie was a great host and the room was great. Had my own parking spot and the house was in a good neighborhood.

We brought our family of 8 adults (30s-20s) and 3 grandchildren (infant/toddlers) to visit Memphis here. It was wonderful for us! Great, older home with lots of character and space to move around. We originally stayed mainly for the pics of the outside pools area and game room. It did not disappoint! It was just a great place to enjoy each other’s company. We had such a good time that we didn’t even go out to dinner. We chose just to order in and stay here. The neighborhood is in a well kept, older, and quiet part of town . It’s near everything drive wise. We felt completely safe. Lots of thoughtful things available for traveling family- fully stocked kitchen. The bathrooms had towels, blow dryers, shampoos, ect. The linens and towels throughout the house were good quality. The beds were nice but very firm. We like that but it’s not for everyone. Have the pack and play, high chair, and toddler gate was a great bonus. Would definitely want to stay here again.

My girls enjoyed their stay at Isabella’s and expressed interest in staying here again for future trips to this place.

Can't go wrong with this place or with Yasser as the host. This place is unlike any we've stayed with AirBnb. The decor, amenities, and plenty of exxxxxxxtras made our stay very much at home. No detail was left out, even down to having extra phone (both Android and Apple) charges in various rooms, TVs with all kinds of features, PlayStations, etc. etc. The street where this property is located concerned us at first, but we quickly realized it was an up and coming neighborhood - especially when you look across the house. We barely saw anyone hanging around anywhere in the neighborhood. We felt very safe and secure almost right away. The location is somewhat "secluded", but you'll be on a main street once you drive couple of blocks. Plenty of places to get around to fairly quickly from this location. We look forward to returning here soon.

This was an incredible trip. I visited this location with a group of 9 students and it was perfect for its location near Beale St. and walkable to the Arcade restaurant and some Gelato. We loved visiting various locations in Memphis for ministry and church planting. This house was very relaxing and perfect for our group.

Susan was a very friendly & wonderful host! I enjoyed getting to know her. Her dogs were so sweet and my dog got along great with them. She also watched him for me while I attended a concert and sent me picture updates. The neighborhood was quiet & I loved her unique decor.

Oras home is very nice, the area is rough around the edges but nothing a seasoned traveler hasn’t encountered before. Ora is a great host who handles any issues you may encounter swiftly and with great communication!

The host is very responsive and flexible. The house is spacious and clean, and the hot tub was so nice to have. Thanks for having us!
