Monthly Rentals in Germantown

I stayed here for a week of work. Easy drive to Moraine. The cottage was perfect, and had everything I needed. Zella was a gracious hostess, and gave me some homemade cookies for my travel home. I have to travel for work here again in a couple months. I hope there will be availability, so I can stay again!

Nice place! Excellent location to walk around town and good local restaurants! Unfortunately, and/or may have been a formality but around 2AM the neighbors and/or the bar patrons were loud/fighting in the alley beside the place. It only lasted for about 15-20 minutes but definitely woke us up.

Tina’s place was exactly as described. Very comfortable and quiet. Well equipped kitchen, nicely stocked with all the basics, including some simple snacks coffee and tea. Made you feel At home! Tina was excellent host with clear precise instructions always one step ahead of the information provided. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The place was exactly what we needed! Plenty of space for people to do what they needed to do, spend time together, while also getting to separate and have individual quiet time. The host was also VERY quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. We were very grateful for them opening their home to us for the time we needed it.
