Monthly Rentals in Germantown Hills

Our family enjoys staying at this property. We feel safe, and have enough living space and bedrooms to make ourselves at home and relax. Amie has stocked the home with everything we need. We enjoy cooking meals and appreciate the large dining table as well as the cookware and pantry items available. Having an ice maker is a big plus! I really appreciated the little details and items she provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. While traveling for a short stay I couldn't pack the whole house... having quick access to a band-aid sure was handy. thank you!

She was more than helpful with all of the requests I had, even told us about some cool spots to check out. Then told us about a local museum that had a free visit day. Was very friendly when we bumped into her on our way out the door and when we met her and Jon at the museum. Would love to stay there again if I come down this way in the future?

Beautiful place to stay, very peaceful and quiet. We stayed 3 nights for a getaway and it was perfect! Very comfortable bed. Beautiful view. Jillian was the best, she went over and above for our stay. Excellent communication. I will definitely be back. Just what we needed.

Julieta was very responsive to our needs. There was an unforeseen issue with the shower that she was able to get fixed in an extremely timely manner on a weekend. Great location - close to restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights.
