Our accommodation is located on a southeast slope near a wooded area, yet close to the city (10 minutes to the city center). The university can be reached by bus in 8 minutes! People love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the ambiance in the renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, business travelers, and couples interested in culture, but unfortunately not for children. Free parking near the house. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town.
