Everything was very nice. Ms. Rabia and her esteemed wife were very interested in us. Everything is spotless, exactly what you see in the photo. You can go without a doubt.

Iro met us at the door as the host. She answered all our questions in a very short time. She introduced the house very well and provided information about everything. The house had a lot of balconies. Especially the balcony at the entrance was very enjoyable to spend time. The house was very convenient and clean. The house had everything from a capsule coffee maker, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer. The place was very close to the center. There were very nice food places around. The hosts were very caring. It was a beautiful holiday. Iro was very helpful with everything, especially the check-in and check-out times. It was a very sweet host. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday. Looking forward to seeing you again🙋‍♀️

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

Staff do their best - well-kept plants and lawn, always clean pool area, room service makes their work high quality People at the reception are smiling and always ready to help with any questions. All the problems we encountered were quickly solved The apartment has a good location, near the sea, cafes, shops One minus for me personally - Wi-Fi. Be prepared that the average speed is 4-8 MB/s with a ping of 250-800. Network is an hotspot point without any security protection (WPA2-PSK)

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed - even an electric grill in the kitchen. The terrace was perfect for enjoying sunsets, and the area was quiet and friendly with shops, a great bakery, and a bus stop nearby. Murat was a fantastic host - always available and full of great local tips. We felt very welcome and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay on Kos in a lovely ground level apartment close to beaches and Kos town! It was a very comfortable stay and the use of the sun beds was great! We had a little trouble getting the TV sorted but it was very quickly dealt with by the host. We were extremely happy with our AirBnB choice on the beautiful island of Kos:)

We made our booking at this hotel very short term, because we had some serious issues with our previous hotel, and everything about the communication was excellent! This place is a real oasis and we loved every minute there. There are different sections of the hotel and it seems that every balcony faces the beautiful garden of the hotel. It was so relaxing, quiet and calming, and we finally could enjoy our vacation, when we arrived there. The staff is very friendly and decent and we felt very welcomed from the first minute on. If we ever hit the road again, it was a place we would prefer again. We had a comfortable holiday with very sufficient and clean items. Our view was very nice. Ms. Tülay supported us about our need to get in early and our delay in checkout. It was very gratifying to encounter an apartment with no problems in the bathroom in recent years. The white goods are immaculate and hassle-free. We were very satisfied, thank you:)

Thank you to Mr. Dursun, who helped us with everything. Although the location is a bit far from the center of Turgutreis, it is a quiet place close to the sea. It's on the street, so it's a little road. Items are new. The house was tidy and clean. There are most items that will be needed. We had a lovely stay experience.

Lovely Place, just what you need for a stay in Bodrum. It‘s a walkable distance from the water. Serra was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

The property is located in a site and is a little higher. There is a great view and has a communal pool. We were very satisfied, the place is small but nice. We would book the accommodation again at any time. In the accommodation there was everything you need, hair dryer, washing machine towels, etc.

A lovely stay in a quiet clean place I will definitely be missing the dogs from the property in particular Ceylan (dog)

The house was clean and tidy. It was in a peaceful location with a sea view. There were enough dishes and washing machines for household items. Kitchen supplies were sufficient.

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is AC in both the living room and bedroom AC. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We had a wonderful stay in Bodrum. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late check out and letting us hang by the pool all day. The pool is incredible, we loved spending time there. The breakfast was also really nice. We cannot wait to come back

Very well maintained hotel. Everything is clean. Extremely friendly staff. About 10 min from Bodrum city center by car. We did not regret it. Very small con the apartment is a little bit dark. Which is probably a big plus if it summer but in march we needed the lights during the day. But this is beeing picky.
