Fantastically located apartment with a magnificent view of the mountains. We had beautiful weather every day (end of December), which of course made everything even more beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. You feel right at home. Everything was great! The landlady is extremely accommodating, nice and helpful. Absolutely recommended in all seasons! We enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

Surrounded by beautiful mountains 🏔️, a very relaxing and peaceful place. Perfect for a holiday for 2. The apartment was big clean and had a lot of kitchen amenities. Our Host, a very nice and friendly person, cared for a very pleasant stay. 10/10 ✨ Would recommend

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Staying at Erich’s place was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Erich and his family went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! they are so kind and warm-hearted, You can genuinely feel that they care about their guests! The house itself is perfect for both short and long stays. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need from kitchen essentials to comfortable furniture, and thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. The location is equally impressive. The surrounding landscape is stunning, peaceful, and ideal for anyone who enjoys nature or simply wants to unwind in a beautiful, quiet area. Whether you’re looking to relax explore or ski in the nearby ski resorts. Everything about my stay was convenient, cozy, and exceeded my expectations! I’ll definitely be staying here again if I’m ever back in the area. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. Is located in a quiet area, surrounded by mountains. Wash as the pictures portrayed. Apartment was very clean and tidy, everything we needed was there. In the area you can walk a lot and nicely. By car you can also go to other dalls and mountain areas. Innsbruck is about 45 minutes away by car (on a toll road, which costs 12 euros at a time). At 10/15 minutes away by car there is a station. From there it is about 25 minutes by train to Innsbruck. A good connection and the train also goes late at night. Owners are very nice and available to help.
