Our farmhouse is renovated, the apartment well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms for 4 - or 6 - people. Approx. 90 m². From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

In the garden you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Cycling and canoeing are possible directly on site or nearby, as well as swimming on the Elbe or on lakes. The spa in Bad Wilsnack and the beautiful Waldbad Seehausen are ideal for excursions. Simple bicycles cost €5 per day.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin, making it the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle, the theatre, the cathedral, restaurants, cafés, public transport, etc. are just a stone's throw away.
