Ihr habt ein voll ausgestattetes Tinyhaus aus Holz für euch mit einem Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 Bett, einem zusätzlichen Bett auf der offenen Galerie und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das Häuschen liegt in einem alten Hofgrundstück im Ortskern von Zwenkau. Es ist absolut ruhig und ein echtes Hide-away. Wir sind noch dabei, es nach und nach fertig zu stellen, daher gibt es noch keinen Fernseher, aber Wlan ist vorhanden

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Up to 12 people can now be accommodated on 200 m² on 3 floors. The rooms are airy, with historical details from many decades. The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, biking or canoeing.
