Waterfront holiday rentals in Georgetown

The property was perfect for our visit with two couple. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. On sight parking was really helpful. Communications were quick and useful. We loved Golden and will be back!

Fantastic stay with Katy - we came to do some fly fishing and she gave me a book of Colorado's best fishing spots as soon as we checked in!! She was awesome, place was immaculate, and right on the Eagle. Will return!

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

I had a wonderful 2.5 week stay at Sandra's place on the lake. I used to live in the area, so I was familiar with a lot of things. She was very friendly and responsive and answered texts immediately. The place was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a lengthy stay. She even had a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room as an added sleeping space when two of us were there. The available laundry area was much appreciated. Oh, and the extra little starter-pack goodies (snacks, dish soap, laundry soap, flip flops, etc.) were very thoughtful. It was a safe area too. I will be back!

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay, the space was beautiful, comfy and clean. Lots of amenities and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in the Denver area. Nice central location for a number of day trips in a the area as well. Thanks again!!

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

The house was perfect for what we needed. Good location, very clean, good layout (e.g., for cooking, eating in, hanging out in the evenings), and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Do not pass up this hidden gem! If you want peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, and love fishing and water activities, book it now! Our hosts were amazing and the lakehouse was everything we wanted for our staycation. Every day (our stay was the end of May) we saw moose, blue heron, deer, humminbirds and a variety of other wild birds. The hot tub was perfect and the house has everything you need to cook your own meals, grill and just relax. We will most definitely be back!

We love our stay at this location it was the perfect spot and did i mention its near a river and surrounded by mountains couldn’t asked for a better place to stay definitely would recommend this place and definitely coming back⛰️🏞

Wonderful stay. While it was just my husband and I, the house is set up perfectly for a large family gathering with a lot of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the upper outdoor deck with the firepit. This is not the typical Air-BnB with uncomfortable Ikea furniture or beds. From the couches, outdoor spaces, stocked kitchen, linens and more - the price reflects the quality of this rental. Every day we were greeted with deer, rabbits and the sounds of frogs and birds. While set within a tree filled neighborhood, the town of Monument proper is close-by, yet you feel like you're in a little sanctuary. I noted this rental was walkable due to the walking trails across the street that was a great perk. Neighborhood felt safe. The house is situated close enough to jump on the highway for CO Springs, Manitou Springs, or north to Denver. Perfectly situated between them all. We hope to come back with a larger group in the near future. Thank you Kerri and Owen for hosting us & our pets!

We had a very comfortable 1 month stay while working remotely. The condo had everything we needed and the wi-fi was reliable and fast. The views from the condo are beautiful! There are hiking trails around the lake right across the street. Great location! Ski resorts. restaurants, and shopping are a short drive away. Mandy was a fantastic host.

We are so pleased that we found this condo. It was a quick trip up to see a concert and this place did not disappoint. Rose was in communication before time ensuring we had all the necessary information, from parking, to access, parking pass...etc Their place was super clean and very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it was very well stocked with all the tools needed to cook and provides an Air fryer.. The view of Dillon Reservoir out the window was beautiful. We sat on deck that night and watched the full moon glimmer on the water. Please don't overlook this place when looking for a place to stay in Dillon. V*B Underwood

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

Sarah's place is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like being home. Sarah gave great directions regarding all aspects of the stay and was quick to respond when I had one tiny question.

My family and I a great experience checking in — everything was smooth and hassle-free. The place itself was spotless and incredibly cozy, with breathtaking mountainous views that made the stay unforgettable. The host communicated clearly and promptly, which made everything even easier. Tony’s place was great for my weeklong ski trip. The location is unbeatable, it’s within a short walking distance to the gondola and Main st. The free bus system is also very easy to use (there’s a stop right out front) and you can ski-in from the 4 o’clock run across the street. The unit is clean and exactly as pictured with a fully stocked kitchen. Easy check in/out and front desk staff were always kind. Tony was very responsive and incredibly accommodating! I’d stay here again.

Great location! We aren’t skiers so off-season was perfect. Peaceful, quiet, just a couple of shops open during the”mud season”. Access to plenty of trails!
