You will have Dyrehaven, Bellevue beach and Klampenborg station within a few minutes walking distance - and thus be in the center of Copenhagen with all its art museums and temptations in 15 minutes with the Kystbanetoget. My lush garden and lovely wooden terrace are ideal for quiet moments and various coziness with or without the shade of the awning. Furthermore, my house, lots of older cozy decor + wooden terrace also on the 1st floor.

The villa is beautifully modernised and tastefully decorated. Large garden with garden furniture, fireplace and beautiful old trees - a real oasis close to everything. The villa floor is approximately 120 m2 and features a huge open kitchen, dining and living room in one. Large double bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower.

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Close to downtown Copenhagen (15 min bike), beach (10 min bike) and public transport such as Hellerup station (5 min bike).

In the garden we have different play stuff, a large trampoline, a shelter where 4 people can sleep and a place for a bonfire. On the terrace there is a barbecue. The house is suitable for all kinds of travellers. 5 bedrooms And 3 bathrooms, where one of the bedrooms is in the basement with a private bathroom.

Make some memories in this unique and family-friendly home. Lovely newly renovated spacious house in Charlottenlund. Close to water, forest, and the city. You have two good shopping streets nearby are very close to both Charlottenlund and Ordrup station. There are 15 trains to Copenhagen Central Station and a 10 minute walk to the water. The house is an old grocery farm where the charm is top notch.
