The guesthouse is completely refurbished and 40 sqm with lots of light, quiet neighbors, space for cooking, children playing and the individual who just wants to work on a computer and prepare the next day's work in Copenhagen. The hosts live next door and are therefore easily contactable and help with answers to questions.

You land right in the middle of nature, culture and local life in a nice harmony only 20 minutes by S-train north of Copenhagen. If you come by car, there is free parking nearby. From the apartment, it is only a 10-minute walk to Charlottenlund Forest and the beautiful Charlottenlund Castle Gardens. Walk another 10 minutes and you will be at Charlottenlund Strandpark - a popular beach with green areas, bathing bridges and views of the Øresund. The beach is child-friendly and has good facilities, including toilets and a kiosk nearby.

Enjoy a stay in a true Danish classic, designed in 1966 and built in 1973. This boat is built in fiberglass, with interiors in Teak and mahogany with a focus on spaciousness. Enjoy life on the aft deck and the coziness of the evening in the salon. It is possible to heat the boat if it gets cool in the evening. Food cannot be heated on board. There is a refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and service. Towels, dish towels and bed linen are ready upon arrival. There are coffee capsules, toilet paper and hand soap.
