Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Genoa

Nice stay, we were met well, on arrival, it's a nice homely flat and were given a full tour with advice on what to see. Top tip if you walk from the station, you can get the funicular up the steep hill for 2 euro and enter from the top of the building instead. good location, close to the old city, if you go up their is a bakery and pizza restaurant. would have loved to stay longer

Great place with it's own soul. Lorenzo was very helpful and we had a pleasure to know him. Apartment had everything we needed, location was also great. Close to local attractions and commuting. Ps. Light sleepers should bring earplugs.

The place is wonderful! It has a view of the marina, quiet bedrooms, and spacious rooms! Paolo was extremely supportive during check-in. Even though we were an hour late past the final check-in time, he was available and helpful. We really liked everything!

Simply perfect stay. The apartment is even more beautiful in person: cared for in every detail, very clean and a stone's throw from the sea. You can breathe in an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The property has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and also a washing machine and dryer are provided. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to take at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

The accommodation is comfortable, and very quiet, we appreciated the uniqueness of this huge hot tub, and the stone structure. The night was quiet with a good comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this type of accommodation for short stays, let's say to spend a romantic weekend and find yourself in a small but very special nest for couples. Only the bathroom is a bit sacrificed, but for a weekend it can be fine. The private barbecue part is very appreciable. As for the reception by Stefano, I must say he was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. We had a great stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very nice with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise holidaymakers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We will be happy to come back 😍

We had an excellent stay at Silvia's place. Communication and detailed instructions were best I've ever experienced on Airbnb. Silvia went above and beyond by setting and early alarm on Sunday morning to organize a taxis for us after we had trouble with the taxi app. The location of the apartment was excellent in the old town. Wonderful restaurants and shops in the area. The streets do get lively and loud on weekend nights but white noise and provided ear plugs made it a non-issue. The apartment has everything we needed and was clean. We would highly recommend!
