Holiday rentals with breakfast in Genoa

We had a fantastic seven days stay at Chiara's. She is an amazing host, so caring, kind and responsive! Can only highly recommend her and her house. It is located in a quiet place with spectacular Ligurian mountain view from the garden and top floor. Tourist spots, shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy reachable distance. If you are looking to relax and feel the local flavour then this is for you. The house is kept very tidy, well equipped and organised with a great attention to details which makes the stay comfortable, stress free and smooth. The notes and brochures left for guests are very helpful. Private and close to the house parking is also such a bonus. We felt very comfortable and like at home from the first moment. Thank you again, Chiara, for hosting us and great communucation. Hope we will be back🤗

We stayed second time and we are satisfied. Daniela remembered our preferences from the last visit and also prepared everything we asked for before our arrival. During the stay we needed to wash our clothes and Daniela provided this service for a small fee. Great host

Claudia’s house is very comfortable. Everything you need is supplied - and if you do need anything, she is right upstairs. We had three kids ages 10, 12, and 14 with three adults and that was fine. The house is close to everything and there is a great park for kids across the street. Claudia’s recommendations for restaurants and activities is excellent!

Tout était parfait! Milva et son mari sont des personnes très chaleureuses, accueillantes, généreuses, donnant des conseils de visites touristiques en fonction de ce que nous recherchions. L'appartement qu'ils proposent est magnifique, personnalisé, très propre, bien rangé, dans lequel il y a plus que ce qui est décrit. Milva nous a gâtés avec des petits déjeuners copieux et variés. En plus de ce lieu magnifique, nous avons rencontré des personnes très sympathiques, présentes tout en étant discrètes. Pour nous, il s'agit du meilleur airbnb que nous ayons loué.

Wir waren für 3 Tage vor Ort und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genießen. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse verbracht, es lässt sich hervorragend Kochen und Grillen. In der nächsten Umgebung gibt es einen Kaffeeladen und einen Supermarkt. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und die umgebende Orte und das Meer waren super zu erreichen. Lavagna ist ein gemütlicher kleiner Ort mit schönen Innenstadt, Restaurants und Cafés. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die wunderschöne und erholsame Natur sowie der tolle Gastgeber Marco und sein schönes Haus haben uns einen tollen Urlaub beschert. Wir kommen wieder und bedanken uns.

Il sig. Antonio è stato super gentile, mi ha dato tutte le istruzioni dovute prima dell'arrivo e al check-in. Inoltre la casa si presenta molto bene con tutti i comfort, ci sono le ciabatte, la lavatrice e un kit di benvenuto con caffè, bevande e frutta ecc. Il sig. Antonio si è pure proposto di offrirmi la focaccia per la colazione dopo, che purtroppo per tempistiche non ho approfittato. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Ottimo posto immerso nel verde. Ci siamo rilassati ma nel frattempo abbiamo visitato anche tanti posti intorno come fiume, sentieri in montagna e il mare. Qualità prezzo vale la pena. Grazie

Siamo arrivati in treno e Paolo ci è venuto incontro a piedi e ci ha accompagnati a casa. Lungo il percorso ci ha dato molte informazioni sulle cose da vedere a Genova e nei dintorni. A casa ci attendeva Nica e ci hanno mostrato l'accogliente appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario. Era la settimana di Pasqua e una colomba era in cucina tutta per noi, è stato un pensiero veramente gentile. Si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta e ci hanno fatto subito sentire come a casa nostra. L'appartamento molto bello è in una posizione strategica vicino al centro e quindi è senz'altro da consigliare per un soggiorno a Genova. Nica e Paolo si sono dimostrati ospiti attenti e molto premurosi.

Il mio è stato un soggiorno di quasi due mesi quindi i dettagli che possono avermi spiazzato al principio sono in realtà del tutto irrilevanti per soggiorni brevi. La casa è molto bella. Elisabetta è donna di grandi risorse, massima cura per gli ospiti, grande calore ed efficienza immediata in ogni circostanza. L'appartamento è molto curato, qualche eccentrico dettaglio che lo rende assai unico e pulitissimo. Dotato di ogni elettrodomestico desiderato. Stoviglie bellissime. Letto comodo. Unici nei, ad essere pignoli, arrivano dal rumore della strada per chi è particolarmente sensibile. Penso però che i bellissimi infissi d'epoca saranno presto adeguati all'ormai troppo invasivo traffico. Qualche mobile in più che nelle foto non figura ancora e che ha leggermente mutato l'immagine complessiva. È un alloggio che consiglio e un incontro fortunato.

Ottima soluzione anche per brevi soggiorni. Comodo al centro grazie ai mezzi e fornito di tutto l’essenziale. Inoltre, proprietari disponibili e gentili e comunicazioni tempestive! Consigliato!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Franco is an incredibly warm, engaging and helpful host, meeting us at the train station and providing useful tips for local adventures. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant where he works. Good food, great location. We loved how central the apartment was. Great people watching from the window. It felt like being part of the local scene, especially before the tourists arrive mid-morning and after they depart in the evening. We had good earplugs (the waxy kind) that were essential for sound sleeping. The train is quite busy in the evening, and the voices carry up from the street. We did enjoy the sound of conversation and it gets quiet by bed time. But the train keeps rolling on until the early morning. We were not affected by this because of our earplugs. And I’m sensitive to noise. Vernazza is beautiful! We hiked to Corniglia, purchased ours tickets while hiking on the trail. (Wear good boots & I used poles.) Already looking forward to returning!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Antonio. Très bon accueil. Réactif et disponible en cas de besoin.Le logement est propre et spacieux.Commerces en bas du logement.Bord de mer à 10 minutes à pied avec d'excellentes glaces et le bus menant au centre ville.

Ruth was SOOOO helpful in every way! The apartment was perfect; clean and gorgeous!!! What an amazing view and experience in Vernazza! The location is easily accessible and close to everything, including the train station! We arrived in the pouring rain with 2 medium suitcases weighing 50 pounds each, and had no issues climbing up the few steps to get to the apartment. Definitely recommend!!!

C’est exactement ce que l’on peut nommer une perle rare ! Non seulement Federica, qui adore sa ville et aime la partager, nous fait nous d’enture comme chez soi dans sa magnifique mansarde mais en plus l’appartement est sublime tout y est et chaque élément est à sa place pour vous rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Quant à la terrasse, la vue est à couper le souffle le port les montagnes et la ville ! Seul regret pour moi la météo ne m’a pas permis d’en profiter … je reviendrai !!! Je surrecommande !

The apartment was absolutely wonderful! Tastefully decorated, perfectly clean, and very well equipped. And of course, the view was amazing! The town centre (with lots of nice restaurants, local shops) and the beach were about 10 minutes walk away. It was quite a down/uphill walk as the whole town is located on a hill. For us it was not an issue but maybe a little tricky for elderly people or small kids. Camogli and the whole area is truly beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there. Nous avons passé quatre nuits chez Ricardo et nous avons adoré l'emplacement, sur les hauteurs de Gênes, en pleine nature, où l'on n'est dérangé que par le chant des oiseaux. Aucun problème pour garer gratuitement son véhicule juste à côté. Ensuite, inutile de le reprendre car il est très facile de rejoindre le centre-ville : 15 minutes de marche sur chemin pavé et petite route tranquille pour atteindre le terminus de l'antique funiculaire Granarolo (un départ par heure) qui vous descend juste en face de la Villa del Principe (dont nous recommandons la visite). Ricardo est une personne adorable.

Roberto et sa femme nous ont chaleureusement accueillies dans leur magnifique demeure restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Nous recommandons vivement leurs chambres qui se trouvent très bien situées sur la route qui descend vers Rome. Une très belle étape ressourçante dans une maison avec un parc de caractère.

Merci à l’accueil de Luciano très réactif , super petit déjeuner à l’extérieur vue sur les oliviers, nous a donné de bons conseils pour se restaurer , bel espace entre mer et montagne dommage que nous ayons eu une journée de pluie et ne pas pouvoir randonner. Il faudra revenir…

Location fantastica, ideale per rilassarsi e godere di tranquillità e romanticismo. Spazi interni ed esterni curati e puliti. Ottima Ospitalità. Abbiamo cenato entrambe le sere presso Palazzo K gustando pietanze ben cucinate in una veranda esclusiva!

Ottima esperienza!! L’accoglienza dei genitori di Emanuela è stata super! Premurosi, a disposizione e pronti a dare consigli sulla zona e sulle attività da fare. Vista mozzafiato! E colazione super!

Sarah est une personne qui sait et qui aime recevoir. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est d’une propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuné au top ! L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les 5 terres ! Et le petit cadeau personnalisé du départ est super…un grand merci pour l’accueil !

Renzo è un host fantastico, ci ha fatti sentire subito a nostro agio con un accoglienza fantastica. Sempre pronto a dare consigli su zone da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Ogni mattina ci ha deliziati con una buonissima colazione. Stanza e bagno puliti ed ordinati, ed il terrazzo con una vista fantastica. Host super consigliato.

Super ! Un peu de bruit le matin tôt (sûrement la sortie des poubelles) mais l’hôte n’y est pour rien !
