Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The lake house

Centrally located in Lahr/Black Forest (near the heart center) and yet surrounded by nature at the foot of the Black Forest and directly on Lake Hohberg. Ideal starting point for hikes, trips to Alsace, Europa Park and the Black Forest. Our farm is located in an idyllic, very quiet location, framed by meadows, fruit trees and forest and is ideal to simply let your soul dangle. Listen to the chirping of the birds and the chirping of the crickets and relax while watching our fallow deer. Diverse, varied hikes and mountain bike tours can be made directly from the farm or in the immediate vicinity. Premium and gourmet hiking trails invite you to tours in the region. Our small but equipped apartment is located on the outskirts of Oberschopfheim, directly on the vineyards. Whether hikers, craftsmen, nature lovers,…. - we warmly welcome you to our place. The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Josef lives in the house together with pot-bellied pig Wilhelm and our cats Indie, Hera and Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

124 m² apartment on a farm in the Black Forest

Right next to the Gmeiner farm with cows, ponies, chickens, cat and dog is the handicapped accessible apartment with 124 m², 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with handicapped accessible toilet and shower, another separate toilet, a large open living and dining area. Dogs are welcome. We charge 25 euros per dog. The municipality charges a tourist tax of 2.10 euros from 16 years, which must be paid on site.
