Great location! Walking distance to all the local stores and restaurants. Was able to see the hot air balloons during the festival on the very big porch :) Very responsive host when asking questions. Very clean and comfortable place. A lot of stairs to get to the door fyi. Had a great girls weekend. Highly recommend and hope to stay again soon

Great spot.. small, quaint, peaceful.. little creek and patio.. Not a lot of room but everything that's needed for one and his pup.. A stones throw to a great main street and super restaurants ..

This was our second stay and enjoyed it again. The elevated ceiling in the main living area was great. You get so much natural light through the large windows facing Cass River and the 3 windows on each side of the family room. It is nice to have a kitchen for extended stays. The full bath works with 2 sinks and a nice shower and the 1/2 bath works great for larger families. Nice TV and easy to connect to your streaming service of choice. The biggest takeaway for me is that you are still in the mix of main street and the crowds but this place also delivers some peace when you sit on the deck on the back of the unit which faces Cass River. Easy access to the main street to start your daily adventures. Take a serious look at this place for your next stay in Frankenmuth. Carol and crew are amazing hosts and made you feel like family the moment you walked into the place.

The beach access was incredible for quiet mornings. Well stocked with things to do, it was a joy to watch the other renters take the boats out to fish and relax. The neighbors were all friendly, the neighborhood a short and sweet walk. It was an incredible stay, we ended up extending because we weren't ready to leave! Loved the fully equipped kitchen and though we didn't utilize it, free laundry facilities are always a plus for lake vacations (no more smelly bathing suits on the way home!) The thermostat was straightforward and the wifi connection was strong. No complaints here!

We had a great stay. The view is amazing, the kitchen was well appointed, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the house. Host was very communicative and friendly. We would stay again!

Wonderful house that was clean& comfortable. Exactly as pictured and better than description. Two things that could’ve made this stay better is a full length mirror somewhere in the house and the king-size sheets in the master bedroom are due for replacement and an upgrade. However even with these two items we really enjoyed this house and will definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area and it is available. I Highly recommend reading description if you have kids - they’re gonna wanna go in the backyard which is off-limits. We didn’t have children with us so was not an issue. Only two other items to note that might be a concern for super picky travelers; 1 - this house is on well water and the shower pressure is kind of lackluster. 2 -The Internet is a little slow, which will require patients if you’re trying to stream anything. Still this is one of our favorite stays of the 30+ Airbnb’s we have stayed at. One thing to add is how well equipped the kitchen was. Perfection!

Thank you, Amanda for such a wonderful place and in an experience for my family. We were coming on a visit for a shower on Saturday that my niece was having up in Fenton and at first thought maybe we booked too far away. Number one it could’ve been an hour away and it would’ve been worth it and it actually ended up only being 20 minutes away. Also, we got to take the boys out while the girls were at the shower to the shops, the outlet shops. Everything was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at Dawn’s beautiful home! Wonderful view! Lovely house! The space is very intentionally put together to ensure a great trip!

Christinia’s place is very beautiful, quiet, and clean. She was very accommodating and communicative. We loved our stay. The lake is beautiful and it was great to have access to the kayak and paddle board. We will definitely stay again!

This was our second year at the Lotus Lake Retreat, and we had a great week, once again! The house is very nice, clean and modern, especially the master suite. The location is very peaceful, and we spent a lot of time on the deck and grilled almost daily. The fishing was great! Our boys caught a ton of different fish. We would definitely come back!

We were in town for our son's wedding and we wanted a place that was comfortable, close to everywhere we needed to go, and where we could host small family gatherings in town for the wedding. This was the perfect place. It's a beautiful location, quiet and when the weather was nice and we had down time, we enjoyed the lake. Tyler our host was not only responsive, but proactive in reaching out to us to make sure that our stay at the Black Marlin was as comfortable as possible. He helped make our stay stress free, so we could focus on the wedding. I can't recommend this property and this host enough!

Beautiful modern fitted cottage. Everything you need, enjoyed all the games and kayaks. Exceptionally clean, highly recommend.
