Holiday rentals with beach access in Genesee County

This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

The beach access was incredible for quiet mornings. Well stocked with things to do, it was a joy to watch the other renters take the boats out to fish and relax. The neighbors were all friendly, the neighborhood a short and sweet walk. It was an incredible stay, we ended up extending because we weren't ready to leave! Loved the fully equipped kitchen and though we didn't utilize it, free laundry facilities are always a plus for lake vacations (no more smelly bathing suits on the way home!) The thermostat was straightforward and the wifi connection was strong. No complaints here!

This host has a wonderful home to stay in! I would come back here anytime, the location and view of the lake is absolutely beautiful! On top of the beautiful home, the host made it that much better! Very respectful, and if you have any questions they respond quick! Thank you for having us!

Nice, large apartment in an 8 unit building , looks exactly like the photos . Clean . Apartment is upstairs ( 14 steps) Coin operated washer /dryer ($2.50) in basement . Quiet and directly across from the lake , with lovely views of the entire lake and beach ( about a 5 minute walk) Carport parking. Large shower , very hot water, excellent pressure. Kitchen has supplies for cooking and bathroom was stocked with shampoo/ conditioner and soap as well as extra tissue / trash bags . Great communication with Hosts and we will definitely stay again in the future . Also really enjoyed meeting and talking with a few of the residents that live in the building full time. They were very inviting and friendly and helpful.

She went above and beyond for us. It was a wonderful experience and the perfect home away from home while our house was being worked on.

The place was nice. One thing I really liked were the connecting bedrooms as we had young kids and it was great that they could sleep in one bed with quick access to us in ours. Otherwise, we didn't get to spend much time there, but the time we did was pleasant and peaceful.

lisa was a very sweet host and was kind enough to introduce herself. she responds very quickly, as a business owner myself, it was very impressive how quickly she responded. you can see the train tracks from the house, which to some might be a down side, but we quite enjoyed that, so if you're a train person, bonus! also love that it's pet friendly and there are notes that may answer any possible questions before you have them, that was very helpful considering I can be quite forgetful.

I truly appreciate everything that Dixie helped with. She was communicative and helpful during a very difficult and emotional time.

This was the perfect place for our weekend. The house was great and everything was very easy.

I was very happy with the scenery, calmness, location and comfort of the house. Hosts are as described, helpful and very responsive. They we're easy to work with and try to make the stay as good as possible. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was everything that they listed and it was great for us to be able to stay by. Our house was being remodeled. Would recommend staying there to anybody that’s looking for a place to stay.

Daniel’s communication was excellent. The check in and check out proses was clearly explained and an easy process. The lake is beautiful. It was cold during our visit so we didn’t get to utilize the outside area, but I can see how amazing and fun it could be. The location is great with restaurants and grocery stores all within a few miles. And easy and close access to the express way. The place was clean and cozy. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Great house for families with dogs. Lots of space to separate fighting siblings. Fenced yard was safe and secure. Super clean! Nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Beach access which we didn't use it is still too chilly in Michigan. We would love to come back in summer though. All bed rooms are upstairs were clean and cozy. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.

Home is exactly as shown in the pictures. Heidi was very responsive, assisted with recommendations, and expectations were clear. We really enjoyed the basement / game area. The only thing we didn’t love was no curtains / privacy off the front with the big open windows. With lights on, I am sure you could see our every move. Also would have loved to see a couple chairs on the front deck to sit on. Maybe that’s seasonal and they come out at some point. Overall, we had a relaxing peaceful weekend and that’s exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
