Ariane Therese is a really nice host. She is very accommodating and responsive. She prepared everything we need in her place and made sure to make us feel comfortable like we're at home. She's one of a kind. She's so far the best host that we've encountered. We are looking forward to book her place again in our future vacations.

What a stunning place! Perfect for us! We went went to attend the Notre Dame Alumni Assn. Intl. 16th Biennial Grand reunion in our hometown Gen. Santos City. Manuel and his wife Julie opened the gate with a welcoming smile. Always offering to help yet stayed quiet in the background. Excellent laundry service. They even cooked breakfast for us and helped with our party. The place was perfect for five of us who stayed there for 14 days! We love everything about Bahay ni Kikay and Bahay ni Momm. Cooking in the kitchen, the garden, the spacious living area, the airconditioned bedrooms and work place/cum family room, the peace and quiet. All of my companions are seasoned travelers. I have stayed in AirBnBs in many countries, but Melinda's most memorable It felt like home away from home. The bonus? We were able to invite friends and family to visit us. There was plenty of room for a quiet party! I will stay there over and over again! Thank you super host Melinda! We felt pampered

My kids and I enjoyed the peaceful place away from the city. It was worth the rest and the host was very responsive. The house was complete with everything we needed at home. I'm happy I found the listing.

Strongly recommended if you’re looking for a good place to stay and enjoy the city and have access to the airport due to the deviation road allowing you to escape the traffic when you need to connect to your flight. The host is spot on friendly and easy to talk to. Great salute for money considering that the house is fully equipped, has fiber internet , own washing machine, 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms , own yard to park a car and guarded entrance 24/7

Everything is good except for the bed it was hard because it doesn’t have memory foam. Maybe upgrade it will make your guest more comfortable. Overall, it was a decent cute home.

T'was superb! Robert was so responsive and even went extramile bringing a full body mirror as per our request. Place is clean, tidy, and has a pleasant smell that gives you the comfort you and your family will truly enjoy! Highly recommended place for friends and family who wants a secure, comfy and budget-friendy yet does not compromise the luxury staycation. Thanks a lot Sir Robert!

Such a quiet neighborhood. The home is modern and has modern amenities. Laundry/dryer is a plus. Roi, the host, is responsive. The only problem was one stovetop burner was not functioning. We liked this home very much that we even extended our stay for another 20 days.
