The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

You can hear and see many birds all day long. You sleep in a cozy loft, which you can reach by a sturdy staircase. In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Idyllically located apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various cycling tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old mansion's house from 1870 was lovingly restored and modernized where needed. The apartment is on the ground floor. In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, Römerstadt Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.
