La sortie ou l'entrée des autoroutes A48 et A43 sont à 6 km de la maison, et l'entrée de l'A432 à 2 km. De nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pied (5-10mn maximum)

Venez séjourner dans une ferme en pisé entièrement rénovée en 2023/24, construite au milieu du 19è siècle, typique des constructions agricoles du Nord du Dauphiné. Cette ferme comptait parmi les nombreuses exploitations agricoles de la commune de Genas, encore nombreuses aujourd’hui. D’ailleurs, le Chalet et la Bastide occupent aujourd’hui l’emplacement du stockage du fourrage pour les anciens animaux de la ferme. A cette ferme était rattaché un élevage de chevaux.
