Ideally located on the ground floor of a new apartment building to be completed in 2024, in the heart of Genas-Azieu. 30 minutes from Lyon Centre, 10 minutes from Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport, 10 minutes from Eurexpo Chassieu, 8 minutes by car from the Groupama Stadium and the Part-Dieu Arena. We have taken great care to make this cosy space colourful, pleasant, modern and well-equipped. It is designed for one or two people. A terrace gives you a beautiful light and will allow you to relax. We look forward to hearing from you!
