The accommodation offered by Charlene is very nice, very well equipped to accommodate families of all ages. Charlene is very responsive and friendly. We liked the area and our nights in the accommodation. The housing environment is shared, without bothering the neighbours. 3 cars can be parked there.

Very nice house even in winter! Lots of things available in the kitchen in particular but also boxes of tissues etc ... The decor, the atmosphere of the house and garden allow a zero stress stay

Great place with a lot of interesting features like the lighting. Very nice bathrooms and showers with plenty of towels. Very clean and comfortable place. The drier does not function very well, but overall great place to stay.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and so did the adults! We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Beautiful house, very good bedding and very well maintained / easy to use (ground floor). The fenced and secure park (with playground) for children - ideal! Living room with wood stove, very pleasant in the evening and cocooning - a haven of peace. Very responsive host on the platform, beach recommendations and easy communication. Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! Finally, Romain is very responsive, attentive, and will be good advice to tell you where to treat! Really a great week, we will come back without a problem!!! A very beautiful place in front of the sea. A very beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful location. We did a lot of walking, in the centre of Fouras, which is accessible on foot. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Superb stay in a quiet and peaceful environment, beautiful, spacious, renovated and carefully decorated house. 6 very large bedrooms with very comfortable bedding. Perfectly suited to a large family like ours, there were 14 of us. Ideal outdoor space with pool at 26° and Chalet in the garden very well appointed with fire pit where we spent most of our meals. The house is ideally located in the immediate walking distance to Ronces les Bains Lionel is very friendly , available and flexible with check in and out times

We had a wonderful family stay. The house is large, tastefully decorated, well-equipped with a large outdoor terrace and a very nice pool. You can do everything on foot, from the beach, to shops and restaurants. We spent 5 very intense days there. Thank you Danielle. 😘

Patrice was very welcoming and very responsive on arrival and adaptable to our requests (early arrival and late departure). The accommodation is very well equipped. Quality bedding. The pool, trampoline, Nordic bath are ideal for young and old. This is the home of Patrice and his children, you must be aware of this when booking.

Lovely period house the gardens, pool and gym were ideal for us as we were an a family holiday and ages ranged from 9 months old to 70's. You definately need a car though even for going into Saintes as we found that public transport and taxis aren't available in the evenings
