The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Apartment in a quiet two-family house on the outskirts of town

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private house on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the vicinity Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. We rent our small guest room (... it is A room, even if airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room has "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...
