Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. The studio was built in 2018 to be a comfortable haven for your nipaluna/Hobart explorations. Formerly a large garage, we enlisted clever local architects to maximise the space. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen, appliances and a super comfy bed. A 7 min drive to the CBD, 10 to MONA, buses are limited so a car is recommended. Ubers to the city are $10-15. A riverside park is 3min away for a morning jog. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll love!
