The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cosy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are transformed into an oasis of well-being by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mum is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden nearby is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

We will be happy to come back. The entire accommodation was VERY clean, the hosts super friendly and the location quiet but still within 10 minutes of the subway.

The communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

Christian was a great host and we had a great time at the house. Communication went smoothly and the house is really well equipped.

We had a great short break in Ziegenrück. We liked the house even better in person than in the photos. The play and relaxation options in the garden leave nothing to be desired. Although the neighbours are not far away, the garden is private behind green hedges. We particularly liked that every detail was well thought out and every smallest space was used sensibly. Above all, the furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The beds were very comfortable, our son grabbed the bunk and slept blissfully in it. We have nothing to complain about and recommend the accommodation without reservation!

The apartment exactly met our expectations. Bright, quiet and perfect in size. It all worked out. From check-in to departure, it was simply uncomplicated with Jasim.

Lovely tiny house, exactly as described and designed with a lot of attention to detail. Plenty of great hiking routes around, hosts are very communicative and helpful. I had some trouble sleeping due to how warm the bedroom gets and the large number of mosquitoes and other insect friends that found their way in, but that is to be expected when you’re surrounded by forest.

Albert and Steffie's apartment is a real gem in a green setting! It is very well equipped, comfortable, warm and unparalleled cleanliness compared to all our previous airbnb! The garden is still lavishly furnished. The feeling that everything is thought out in every detail for vacationers to enjoy! Some pretty hiking sites nearby (Kammerwagen in Falkenberg, Burghardsteiche in Wiesau, Burgruine Weißenstein in Waldershof...) and some discovery visits in the Czech Republic (Karlovy Vary town, Loket village and Františkovy Lázně thermal site) will have greatly occupied our three days. We thank our hosts for the quality of their welcome and accommodation which helped make our short stay very pleasant!

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

It was beautiful. Was there with my girlfriend and our 2 dogs, the dogs can play in the garden and you can explore the area from here. Supermarket is min 5. Very quiet and idyllic. In the house there is everything you need, the kitchen is superbly equipped. I'd love to come back :)

We had a wonderful stay! Rebekka was always incredibly friendly and helped us a lot from the beginning, the communication was excellent and she was able to accommodate us very flexibly despite a few spontaneous changes on our part. We felt right at home in this beautiful house! A great place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and unwind.

Nice landlords. Very spacious, clean house. Huge garden. Very rural; but in about 10 minutes by car, you are in Hof. The highway is relatively close at half a kilometer (advantage and disadvantage at the same time). Interesting area near the border triangle. Value for money is good.

I was at the Rennsteiglauf weekend in the beautiful accommodation of Monika and felt very comfortable there. I was kindly welcomed by Monika and briefly guided through the apartment. This is tastefully furnished, as can also be seen in the photos. The perfectly equipped kitchen and the walk-in closet were particularly inspiring, as was the beautiful bathroom with its great shower. Unfortunately, there was no time to use the sauna. We'll make up for it next time. In any case, I will be happy to come back.

Excellent, clean and spacious apartment. Loved the area around with the Storks nest and other birds of prey flying around.

This is by far one of the best airbnbs experience I’ve had! EVERYTHING was just perfect! Great place for a family get a way, for 5 couples, or even for a team workcation. Highly recommended! The place has everything you need 😍

Sandar and Hans are very nice - we had no problems on arrival and departure, everything went smoothly. The house is in a well-maintained condition and very clean. The kitchen was great! The communication was top notch. The house has a quiet and private location - beautiful view of the village. The surroundings are very beautiful and super suitable for small hiking tours. The garden invites you to relax and barbecue. Shops and restaurants in Großbreitenbach are about 8 minutes away by car. All in all, it was a very pleasant and quiet stay. We'll be back!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cosy garden to play, explore and be creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

The accommodation is highly recommended for dog owners. Large property that is fenced. Sleeping places, kitchen, bathroom had everything you need. Arrived with 6 people and three dogs was just great. For me, there is only one point to mention, the stairs are very steep. Our older dog could not run up or down these. She then slept downstairs for the days.
