You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Nestled in a nature reserve, our house is located on a 1500 m² plot in the middle of olive trees, as well as some fig and lemon trees. On various terraces you will find sofas and armchairs to linger - you can take a chair and table to the olive grove or to the sea to find your own favorite place. The two apartments are identically equipped and are next to each other with separate entrances - the equipment is sustainable and high quality.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
