Possibility to choose with extra charge to *bed linens, *canoes, *spa bath with 39 degrees! The cottage is small but can accommodate a bathroom with shower & underfloor heating as well as kitchenette. Bunk bed & 2 sofa beds with a total of 4 beds that can be made up. Rental part in beach villa 30 m at Kalvsjön's eastern side, which gives a beautiful sunset. A nice beach in the summer with a lakeside sauna. Ice fishing or cross-country skiing in the winter. 13 km from central Järvsö, where, for example, Järvzoo and Järvsö mountain bike park/alpine slalom hill are located. The accommodation is a private basement, the host lives on the upper floor. There is kitchenware, a kitchenette and coffee maker as well as a fireplace. NOTE: Bed linens and towels are to be brought by guests. Cleaning before checkout is done by the guest. Welcome

Cabin with nice location by Siljan.

Nicely located guest house that suits the small family. There are close proximity to many Sights around Siljan. Built 2017. Living room with kitchen. The bed is 120 cm at the bottom and 80 cm at the top. Sofa bed 120 cm with extra bed mattress. Sheets and towels are available to rent for SEK 75 per person! Bathroom with shower/floor heating. Free Wifi, TV with Netflix. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest but can be purchased for 500 kr. Dogs welcome, but please let us know before then we have our own dog. Warm welcome to Nusnäs!

Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.

Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.
