Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The cottage is located on a shared plot with the main building. Private jetty with swimming. Balcony and small barbecue. The forest around the corner, berries and mushrooms picking. 7 km to urban area with shops and more. The cottage has a kitchenette with fridge. What is needed for cooking and eating. Towel, dish brush, dishcloth, dish detergent are included. Bathroom with shower, towels for indoor use. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer Bed linens are included. Breakfast can be ordered by agreement. SEK 100/person WiFi is available. Canoe and rowing boat available to rent 250/day,

Welcome to Backgläntan 8 – a modern apartment in Kungsberget with everything you need! Enjoy a sauna, ethanol fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and furnished roof terrace with barbecue & fantastic views all year round. Two bedrooms with a total of 6 beds: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The apartment has fiber internet and plenty of games for the whole family. Amenities such as SodaStream, coffee maker, Airfryer and waffle iron. Electric car charger in the area. Pet-free & non-smoking accommodation.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. 10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Cabin close to nature.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cabin is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a stream flows next to the cabin. It is 4 km to the nearest shop and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake a 30-minute walk from the cabin.

Gedigen timmerstuga med utsiktsläge över Hovran. Uteplats med grill, tillgång till egen brygga och roddbåt under sommaren. Ett sovrum med 4 bäddar i form av 2 våningssängar, ett sovrum med 2 bäddar. Allrummet har en braskamin och på tomten finns en vedeldad bastu. Boendet lämpar sig för den som vill njuta av lugnet och naturen, fester ej tillåtna.

Located on an island in the lower part of Dal River and connected to Färnebofjärden National Park you have access to nice hiking possibilities and café nearby. Enjoy an ecologic breakfast with homebaked bread. Bike and boat available for rent aswell. Garden with outdoor furniture for your convenie.
