Unique newly renovated farmhouse in Gamla Gävle

Now finally we rent out our new renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse if 1 room and kitchen distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. One staircase up is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swiveling smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, in the middle of the city center with proximity to everything.

Welcome to this quiet, newly built home in the heart of nature ❤️ In the house you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, oven, water and coffeemaker. There is a washing machine as well as a bathroom with shower. Outside the house there is a seating area 🙌 This cottage is a studio with a double bed and a 130 cm sofa bed . There are two extra 90 cm beds in the small cabin next door with cooking facilities, but no water. N.B. Please inform me when you book if you would like to use the little cottage 🏡

Högbo offers a variety of activities such as cross-country ski trails, paddle courts, MTB, canoe, bathing area, café and restaurant. To the center of Sandviken you have barely 5 km. Warm welcome to our large and popular turn of the century villa located in a charming area in central Gävle. The house is great for the family and the larger company. The house is newly renovated and has a lovely architect-designed garden with a lot of flowers, lounge group, dining area and sun deck. There is also a seating area in the front to be able to enjoy the evening sun. On the property there is a trampoline, sandbox, swing set and slides. Large driveway with space for several cars.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Perfect location next to quiet seaside bay and proximity to wonderful hiking trails and nice restaurants, only 15 minutes from Gävle city center. Large plot with lovely fruit trees and good opportunities for outdoor activities. The large house has 2 bedrooms and the small cottage has 2 extra beds. For the golf enthusiast, it's close to Gävle Golf Club. Note - there is a dog in the family.

Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are made when you arrive.
